Great stay overall! However the large window shade fell off. Looks like it has been jimmied back on from previous… but not working properly. I think most people don’t realize it’s an electric window. Maybe put a sign next to it?

Hotel was great. Only thing is they should provide at least 2 bottles of water like Hilton Properties do especially for IHG reward members. Having to pay $8 for 2 bottles of water left a bad taste in my mouth. Rusty

Attention to details would put his place over the top with 5 stars. Entry way and elevator rugs were dirty and in need of vacuuming! Staff very pleasant and attentive. Unfortunately many homeless in the area and wandering the parking lot of the hotel all hours of the day and night! In need of security for theses reasons. Would stay again, room was very clean and the bed was so comfy! Definitely a good place to stay!

Lovely place- great view. We did have a little trouble in the morning with our prepaid breakfast! I had to do some research to prove to the front desk that it was to have been included. The necessary tickets were not given to us when we checked in.
