It was nice! The only downside was at the time the elevator was acting weird, so we took the stairs. The stairway and hallways were VERY hot, humid but the room was refreshing.

My stay at this hotel was frustrating. The breakfast was poorly managed food was scarce, collected before 8 AM, and unavailable by 8 AM on my last day. The room was dirty, with dust and rust, and the microwave malfunctioned, producing smoke. Housekeeping was only available twice a week, and my room was never cleaned during my three night stay. My room access was repeatedly deactivated, requiring multiple reactivations daily. Maintenance was unavailable, and overall service was lacking

The room and elevator was hot and uncomfortable. I set the A/C on 60 and it was still hot in the room. The fitness center had 3 dumbbell weights and 2 treadmills and a flat bench. The cable machine was severely worn and the resistance on the cables and pulleys was not smooth.

Got charged forty dollars more than was supposed to for our room our reservation was for $90 total! Our room was clean and very nice! Beautiful had everything we needed! Was supposed to be a free upgrade to....I think the new girl messed up! It was very quiet and all the front desk attendants were friendly and helpful. GREAT 😃 PLACE TO STAY... JUST UPSET ABOUT THE UP CHARGE!!!!!!
