I booked a gulf view arrived at the hotel and was given an island view. The air conditioner was not properly working. The hotel staff made a supposedly jokingly comment after we found a guest debit card on the pool deck and turned it in “Do you mean yall didn’t charge it up.” Which was diabolical and will never stay there again.
