The location was great! The hotel service was a bit slow at the front desk, only 1 person working and there was always a line of people waiting. The rooms were clean , but they could use a facelift for sure. We had an ocean view room with a balcony, which was great! Lots of kids at this resort, so if you are looking for a quiet adult vibe, this isn’t the place.

Hotel was clean and well maintained. Great location, clean and comfortable rooms. Just as one would expect. Only downfall is the eggs on the breakfast buffet were not good, and each day they had cheese in them. My husband cannot have dairy so his breakfast was quite limited. The pork sausage was fabulous.

Over all a good hotel. There were a few things that could have been better. The shower curtain was in need of replacing, there was no fan in the bathroom which obviously leads to rust and mold, the ceiling in the rest of the room could use a touch up and there was no freezer. The rest of the hotel was ok, nothing special if you’re looking for something extra but it was in a nice location close to many attractions and of course the beachfront view from the room was excellent. Having the ability to text the front desk was nice. They would check on you and we used it a few times for no remote for the tv which was taken care of asap and to let them know when housekeeping could come.

Our stay at The Hampton, beach front was wonderful. Everyone was so nice and helpful. I gave four stars on service only because we were over two hours late getting in our room as the hotel was overbooked. We drove from Texas and were ready to crash in our room. The staff was so nice and worked very hard to accommodate everyone. Breakfast is provided and was delicious. Parking is twenty dollars per day which is steep I think. I will make reservations again at this hotel. Beautiful beach!!

Disappointed not worth the money.

The front desk was rude and never smiled. Arrives in the room and the bathroom was filthy and had black wads of hair on the shower and black pubic hairs in the tub on the side, floor was dirty. Told front desk and she could care less said nothing and said she hold have them come clean it. They cleaned the tub but that was it. Went to get into one of the beds and my foot got caught and couldn’t figure out the problem when I pulled the comforter and sheets back there was a basketball hole in the sheet/comforter. It was shredded. Our room was never cleaned while there, we also told the same woman at front desk and she said she would send someone up to change bedding. It never happened. She also said she would send a card up for us to have lunch on the hotel and we never received it. I asked to speak to a manager and she said no one was there. I asked them to call me and never received a call. They also ran out of food for breakfast about 30 minutes before it ended and they refused to replenish. The lack of concern or kindness from the front desk was unbelievable. I have never experienced anything like the treatment that my guest and I received at this stay.
