Location was great. Beach access with plenty of restaurants in walking distance. Room was better than expected and had a fabulous view. Parking is across the street and with traffic very difficult to navigate. The outside looks rough and my first impression was not flattering. But the room was much nicer than outward appearance would have you expect. Not bad for the area and price.

Perfect location

Very convenient to everything! I love the fact that they had 2 pools and a hot tub and the bar was definitely a plus!! Absolutely loved the location!! Will definitely be back!!

I stayed here for a girls trip with my 9 year old daughter. The room that we were given was absolutely horrible. I was shocked by the condition of the room. It was right above their office with a small balcony and slider door that did not lock. The outside noise from cars and even people talking was ridiculous. When i aksed to change rooms i was told either the rooms were all booked or some were out of order due to non working air condition. We arrived early and knew that we had to wait. But i had to go into the office well afyer 4pm to ask for our room which wa clearly an after thought. It was filthy. The dishes had stuck on food. The floor was dirty. The tile when you walk into the room was borken as was the bathroom tile. The shower is falling apart. Surprisingly the bed was comfortable. But we were not sure if it was clean so we slept on top with our blankets. My daughter was very upset by this. As was I. Especially when my sister got a room downstairs and had a beautiful accommodation. I took several photos of this room for proof. I own a cleaning company and was really disappointed by this. Especially when they are being dishonest. The location is great and the pool/ hot tub was very nice. Other than that i will gladly stay next door at the hampton inn the next time we visit. Their parking lot was very questionable as well which was across the street.

I liked that our room was right at the ocean. I didn’t like how things weren’t exactly clean like the dish’s and utensils. Also the bed you only have a sheet to sleep with the beds aren’t the best but for the price right by the ocean it’s a decent deal.

We had a great spring break, at an affordable rate. The staff was always kind and stayed very busy cleaning up after others (bless their hearts). Parents should be ashamed for allowing their kids to destroy stuff by the pool and not clean up the mess. The staff would jump in and make sure that everything was clean before opening the piol area back up and i never saw one catch an attitude. We cant wait to come back this summer.

Fantastic value and location. Rooms are large. 2 fantastic pools and a hot tub. For the price your not going to get a better value. I see a few complaints about this hotel on the comments and the people who complain about the Flamingo should go stay somewhere else for 3x the amount, as their expectations don't match with the pricing the Flamingo offers. This was the 2nd time my family stayed at the Flamingo, and we will stay again next year.

The bathroom door was rotted from water. The shower curtain was too short and water spilled out onto the floor. Signs of mold in the bathroom. The bedroom was good and faciloties would normally recieve a 4 star rating if not for the bathroom These problems were reported to management, but no action taken and they did not seem concerned.
