We liked the location as it was only a couple of blocks away from the hospital where we had a family situation. However the hotel itself was much less than expected. There was ant infestation in the rooms, holes in walls, stains in carpet throughout both in rooms and hallways, towels in the bathroom with holes, single elevator with ripped tiles, not a good environment of guests. In general we would definitely not recommend this property.

The hairdryer was coming apart, I was a little afraid to use it. The iron leaked like a sieve and soaked the shirt I was attempting to iron. When I woke up in the morning, I found little black bugs on the comforter. Had I seen them the night before, I would've slept in my car. I had to pick the same black bugs off the towels when I showered. I saw several baby cockroaches around the desk area. But the ladies at the front desk were delightful.

Above average breakfast, and great beds as usual
This was our first time on a long road trip staying in one room with our 16 year old. This worked out so well for one night. While there's always going to be some shuffling of space with that arrangement, the stay didn't add any discomfort, and eased some. Great luggage cart with lots of hooks for little bags and loose items to be transported more safely. There were just enough of those lovely comfort inn pillows for all of us (2 ea, and I'm sure we could have requested more if needed). Beds themselves were supportive and comfortable. Shower and the rest of the room were fine, one shared side table in between beds but there are a couple extra outlets so we figured it out. The breakfast had multiple meat options as well as fresh waffles, yogurt, fruit, and all the regular juice, toast, cereal stuff. We were well taken care of here and we would choose it again, either for another single night as a family, or longer as a couple as needed.

The hair dryer didn’t work. The phone cord was cut to to even call. Then i had to go down to the desk and the front desk agent seemed aggravated and said she would have to find one but never left the desk to even go find one. I had to leave the hotel with my hair wet.

The cleaning products that they use are so strong that they affected my breathing. I'm not sure where they were even used - as the hotel was dirty. Checked out after one day. Beds were comfortable. Coffee machine kept in bathroom - not hygienic. Would not recommend. Would never stay at a Comfort Suites again.
