The view from this apartment was awesome. Perfect size for a family of four with basic amenities. Furniture was simple. Sofa had few stains, floors were scratched and dented, cracked sink. Bed mattresses hard and pillows were paper thin. Bathroom had 1 soap size of a quarter, small shampoo and body lotion (hotel size). For 7 days it did not last. The white towels were worn out and they looked more like grey. Wish they had a hair dryer, an iron, and cloth hangers. We had no problems with the A/C or hot water. The gas range was tricky to turn on. Ice maker was not working. No kitchen towels to dry dishes or paper towel. The washing machine needs maintenance. Although rusty and dirty, great to have. There was some difficulty figuring out the lock system of the apartment. There is also another card to insert in a slot inside the apartment to turn on the electricity. The parking garage was a challenge as it is very tight and narrow. Trying to get in and out of the building is also difficult due to heavy traffic on that particular street. Gym had some damaged equipment. Overall, this apartment was very comfortable.
