Check in was great . Front desk lady absolutely kind, professional and quick to respond to the disaster.
Entering the room there were no towels or condiments for the bathroom. Reported it to the front desk agent and she handed all we needed. (Note: We had a business dinner and arrived at the hotel at 9:30pm).
As I returned to the room my wife was very upset to the fact that the beds were dirty and sandy!!!! I felt them and indeed they were absolutely filthy. The kids had crawled in bed and complained about the sand! The kids in a dirty bed. Wow
I looked around and realized that the trash was still in the room for the previous guest.
Returned to the front desk and had to change rooms and re-register. Horrible situation that should never ever happen. Especially with the unknown health conditions. After the move from one room to the other we were finally in bed by 1:00am
(We still had another night)
We asked for the manager and the front desk agent said he will be there in the morning and she would bring him up to date. We of course he never contacted us. Shame on him. Poor management to the extreme.
The next morning we were rushing around from the late check in disaster and I spilled coffee on the bed. It needed new bed sheets etc and mentioned it to the new front desk help. Her reply; it too late for that it must be requested by 9:00am.WOW. She would get someone up to help.
DID NOT HAPPEN. We had to get and make our own bed. Never heard from the manager. Worthless
Pool was superb. Everything was clean and neat. A check in the lady would not allow me to use my best Western rewards number because she said I booked it on hotels.com and they don’t accept that. I’ve never heard of that before and I’m going to pursue that further. The lady at the desk was obliging, but not overly friendly and very slow.
We were issue a room at approximately 11:12 pm and upon arrival to the room the door was already open. In which was clearly unsafe. But prior to that another mention to the front desk staff about is room being unable to lock. I actually didn't think much about until i experience the unsafe environment. And after relocating to another room the bedding appeared to be uncleared. The desk staff were notified and said he would request a refund for us. Upon speaking with the manager he decided against the refund to be credited to my account. He stated to reach out to this company. We stay at the establishment on a regular basis. I can't say that I would be staying again.
Very clean hotel the staff was nice & it's located around alot of eateries.

The hotel was clean enough that we stayed until Saturday night. We booked from Wednesday to Sunday and housekeeping never came to our room. We put the sign out for them to service but never came. Finally called Friday around noon and was told that housekeeping does not go into any room since covid but since I had called to be serviced that they would tell housekeeping to service the room on Saturday. They never did. We kept having to go down and get towels everyday and take out our own trash everyday. Which I think annoyed the tall gentleman at the front. The tall older gentleman I'm assuming was the manager was very standoffish and talked nasty to the housekeepers! I personally probably wouldn't stay again just for how he treated/talked to the employees in front of guest! The nicest person there had to be hands down the cool maintenance guy
