We checked into room ### and after we got everything into our room, the floor in the bathroom was completely soaking wet so then we had to move to room ###
No one told us the Wi-Fi password. I just happened to overhear it however, even logging into Wi-Fi. It doesn’t hardly even work.
No one told us that we could get ice at the bar and I only seen the ice machine that you actually have to pay for. (Later the manager said that is because I am at the beach and ALL beach hotels you have to pay for ice.) never has this happened…
The pool closed as soon as the sun went down.(Later found out they don’t have lights to keep the pool open after dark.)
Also with a storm coming in that night I was woke up to water pouring in under my door and it completely soaking the floor… when I called the front desk I was told to put towels down… (later when I finally spoke to the manager to be compensated for my dreadful stay I was told “this is a beachfront hotel” What a joke! I only stay beachfront and I’ve never had water pouring under the door!
The pictures online are completely different from what you actually see here.(Very dirty and old)
The rooms don’t hardly have lights (2 to be exact) that even work
Free WiFi and restaurant which are barely usable. (FYI… I’m not sure what restaurant that is in the picture because that isn’t the real one here.)
I was refunded part of my money but I will NOT EVER go back.
