Hotel was very accommodating. They took care of our entire wedding party. Atmosphere was quiet and peaceful. Staff was excellent, they all went above and beyond. Definitely can't wait to go back!

Nice stay for Thunder Beach Fall Rally. Great parking for trailers, motorcycle parking also. Everything was very nice, overall. Some very minor details, TV remote didn't work, no big deal. Toilet paper holder in the bathroom was Glued & Gooked" to the wall. Again, very minor stuff

Being that close to the beach was needed. To wake up and going to bed seeing the ocean was amazing. The way my room was situated/separated was different and I liked it. Great experience. Our first assigned room was on the first floor. The vinyl on the chairs was very worn and all of the furniture was terribly outdated. The tile floors and baseboards were very dirty. We decided to go to the grocery for supplies. When we came back, there was a roach crawling on the floor. We went back to the front desk and asked to move. We were given a room on the third floor. The condition was no better. I had to clean grease and food off of the stove in order to use it. The handle of the refrigerator was broken off, the curtain was not attached on the end and the rod for the curtain was lying on the window sill. There were no kitchen towels or wash rags, no dish soap, no paper towels, no Kleenex. Apparently they do not have Kleenex because we asked. The balcony furniture was dirty. We asked for the floors to be cleaned. It took 2 days to get it done and only vacuuming was performed. The on site restaurant was pitiful. They had maybe 6-7 items on the menu. The windows looking out to the ocean were filthy. There was trash lying around the property. Unfortunately, we were stuck staying there since we booked through Expedia and it would have taken an act of congress to move. We made the best of it and fortunately had no more unwanted guests in our room! I feel badly for the staff who worked there. They tried to accommodate us as best as they could.

The balcony ocean view is the top selling point and the staff were helpful and friendly in the front office. The room was large and clean but the property needs a facelift. Overall it’s worth the price because of the access to the beach. Water pressure and temperature were also really good!! Don’t expect luxury. It’s basic but gets the job done.
