Terrible experience
We arrived at the hotel and was told we couldn’t pay cash for our stay. She called her manager and he said he would accept it. Our balance per hotels.com was 219.00 because we paid the first nights stay, but we were told by the front desk we owed 319.00. The lady at the front desk was very rude. She was talking to someone else that worked there the entire time I was standing there in a different language, which made me very uncomfortable. We were looking forward to the hot tub and it was out of order and the pool was supposed to be heated and it wasn’t. We’ve stayed here many times, but this was the worst and made our trip very unpleasant.

I went there to attend a wedding close by and to work remotely one day. The WiFi is bad, I had to use my phone as a hotspot. The carpet in the room was sticky. The ironing board was all stained, could be used. The kitchenette had no plates, glasses nor utensils. The restaurant on site was closed during weekdays. It opened on Saturday and the food and service were great. The view from the room is beautiful. The pool was clean. The gym is functional but the floors are dirty. Overall, I got what I paid for.
