The first two days were great and relaxing we were able to enjoy the pool and hot tub. The last two days we were there we utilized the hot tub and pool area more because the gulf was to chilly to swim in. Those days there were 4-5 kids that were very disruptive and horse playing in the hot tub. Splashing and shoving each other without adult supervision. Their ages were 10-14 maybe. The manager did address the kids in the hot tub letting them know the cooler water temperature in the hot tub was due to the fact their splashing was removing so much water that the water that was refilling the hot tub was cooler causing the temperature to be lower. He also stated that the pool heater was not being utilized because it was summer. This was April . I did go to the front desk and complained and asked if there was anywhere in the area that I could get a day pass so we could swim since it was our last day there at that time the manager apologized he had thought the children were with me which they were not and informed me that they had a guest leave the day prior because of the same issue. That guest checked out three days early. The manager did give us a day pass to their sister hotel down the street. The pool was amazing and heated. The hot tub was actually hot. All the guests were respectful to each other at that location. It was irritating that we had to drive 20 minutes up the road because of guests that had repeatedly been a problem. That is really my only complaint.

Building needs to be renovated badly. Balcony had cracked paint on the floor. Windows had cracked seals, which you could hear and feel wind through. No elevator!!! You have to ask for cleaning service each day. Chairs at the beach $50/daily. Robbery!

Pool was not open as expected. Hot tub was not working either. Grill was not open. Pool and hot tub opened up on Wednesday but too cold to use. Grill was way overpriced and food was not very good. Location and beach was great. Room was clean and comfortable.

50$ per person each day to use a beach chair. Not what I expected from a beachside resort. The hot tub looked great but was being used continuously by children like a kiddie pool. The beach was awesome but find somewhere else to stay.

Will not be back! The rooms smelled of smoke and had not been thoroughly cleaned. Mold in the shower and on lamp shades. Wall peeling and paint chips all over floor. The hot tub was disgusting and the elevator did not work.
