This place was incredible, the rooftop pool view was really nice and my favorite thing about my stay. The staff members were all friendly, they made my stay way more enjoyable and easy. I highly recommend!!!!

Nice hotel, great view , maybe understaffed?

Nice hotel, but seemed understaffed and under resourced. Check in went well and we were able to leave our luggage until our room was ready. But the lounge/bar experience was lacking. I ordered a cocktail off the menu only to be told that they didn’t have Prosecco to make it. I then ordered a dish from their menu and was once again told it wasn’t available. It alll got figured out and they were nice about it. Also a bit of a wait at breakfast as only one person seemed to be working with customers and bills. Rooftop pool is cute and really made for selfies and relaxing not swimming laps. Towels are available at pool. Roof bar was not open when we were there and hours weren’t published so don’t know when it is open. But great view! Room was comfy but had see through glass doors to bathroom which I’m not a fan of.

I informed the hotel reception that the air conditioning was not working I was told that they would sent someone to come look at it. No one came since 9am. The next day I called from my room and was told the same thing. I logged in the app and messaged the same thing. Finally someone came, he did something and said I’m going to come back in 10mins to see if anything changed. 30mins later I messaged on the app saying the guy never came back and the a.c never even turned on. I asked for another room and they said that I had to wait until 12pm for another available room and this was at 830-9am. I was sweating so much in that room I had to call again for another room. Still nothing available. I messaged again and 30 mins later at 1120am they said come down stairs and get the key to another room. I felt that I had to keep bothering the reception just to get the ac fixed or another room.

A perfect choice to stay overnight from our sailing trip and fly the next day to Bocas del Toro. The hotel is a short drive to ko al airport. The entire staff is polite and accommodating.

Staff was nice and supportive. Only a few spoke English. Breakfast was good outside of the mainly pork options. Pool was nice and clean. Room was clean, shower was decent. Overall would recommend and revisit.
