Me encantó la vista panorámica al Lago Atitlán, lo que no me gustó fué el baño, necesita muchas mejoras, la piscina necesita mantenimiento, y limpieza.

Not a place to practice swimming
The hotel itself was clean but the lake area is not being taking care properly. There is garbage around the lake(bottles) grass was high. On the other hand the swimming pool never had the filter working so the water didn't look clean.

We where told that we could pay with card but when we got there they told us they where only accepting cash, the room was very unhigenic and unkept and throughout our stay we never got our room cleaned, the restroom was very dirty as well, this hotel is way too expensive for what it is

Tiene acceso privado al lago, queda en la entrada de Panajachel, lo cual evita bullicio y embotellamientos. La zona es muy bonita, privada y con vistas a todo el lago y los volcanes. El desayuno es muy bueno, el área de sanitario puede mejorar

El servicio a cliente es bueno, fueron amables y nos resolvieron el incoveniente que tuvimos con la reservación. La habitación tenía una excelente vista al lago, sin duda regresaría.
