Very good location. Less than 5 minute walk to the Travertines and Hierapolis entrance. Service was excellent. They allowed us early check in at 50 euro as we reach the hotel at 5am. My friends and stayed for a night. The whole stay was very pleasant and the breakfast served was simple and tasty with a nice background of the travertines. The rooms were spacious and clean. I recently stayed at a hotel that left a positive impression on me. While it may show some signs of age, the facilities are quite good and well-maintained. The cleanliness of the hotel is commendable, which made my stay comfortable. The staff/owner were exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any inquiries. The location is another highlight, as it is very close to the North Gate of Pamukkale, making it convenient for exploring the area. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for its charm, cleanliness, and excellent service.

Great Stay!

The stay was perfect! The owner and his family was so very kind and spoke English well. They went above and beyond to help us book a shuttle the next morning and to make our stay comfy. The room was clean, the breakfast was good, and the location was perfect!

I arrived in Pamukkale early in the morning 6:30a went to the Hieropalis and returned to the hotel at 8:30a well before scheduled check in. The host invited me to have some breakfast while they made up a room for me. This would not happen in Australia. Such a lovely family run hotel. Nice, Family-run kind of Hotel

This hotel is comprised of about 3 floors all situated around an outdoor pool. It appears some of the rooms are used as a hotel while other rooms are used by family members. The staff was friendly and helpful. The property is old and the condition of the rooms varied. I was in a family suite with two sleeping areas but a shared very small bathroom. The A/C was not powerful enough to cool the entire room so sleeping was not as easy. The room for another traveling companion was in better condition. The hotel is in a great location and has a nice parking lot next to the hotel. Breakfast was okay but not as extensive as other Turkish Hotel offerings. If I came here again I would probably stay at a different property but for the price, this was fine.
