En general bien, no me gustó que ofrecen un desayuno buffet y cuando uno se va a servir es condicionado, máximo dos acompañantes y si quiere algo más se debe cancelar un excedente, sino es buffet o no lo ofrezcan.

Realmente en Pamplona no hay muchas opciones, este hotel es el más grande y está bien mantenido. Sin embargo tiene algunas deficiencias: 1. El agua caliente no funciona permanentemente, es necesario llamar a la recepción para que la habiliten y se demora aproximadamente 10 minutos en entrar en funcionamiento 2. No fue posible utilizar wifi en ninguna parte del hotel 3. El desayuno todos los días (3) fue exactamente igual, sin posibilidad de opciones diferentes, deberían ofrecer opciones de frutas (que no hay) y alguna variedad de panes por lo menos. 4. Entre las habitaciones no hay buen aislamiento acústico, por lo que se oye el ruido de duchas, zapatos y TVs vecinas.
