The Sheraton hotel at Palo Alto is probably one of best hotels I’ve stayed in. The hotel manager and staff were so friendly, warm, and welcoming. My room was super clean and spacious! I’ll be revisiting Palo Alto for work and I’m planning to stay at the hotel again.

When I got there I was told there were no rooms rwady and had to wait... it was after 4.PM. I saw other people getting rooms while.we.waited. they were Stanfoed fans.. we are TCU fans... when I asked after.5 pm for the room.. they said we checked in to early... we checked in after the time a room was suppose to be ready.....room was finallly given to us.

The hotel was fine although I do not like the refillable soap/shampoo/body wash, etc dispensers. It seems that someone could put something in them that they shouldn’t. The main problem/issue was the parking. There was not enough and one of the evenings we circled the lot for 10 minutes looking for a spot. We had to parking in a garage of another hotel which was incredibly irritating.
