Each room has a patio so it is possible to get fresh air. The gardens om the property are beautiful. The coffee is excellent. Bed was comfortable. Appreciated having real coffee mugs and real glasses in the room. The refrigerator was roomy. The staff is responsive

We always stay here whenever we have appointments at Stanford hospital. It's immaculate and nice. One thing I was disappointed was that no water bottles were offered. They did offer water from the water machine in the office which seemed odd. But other than that it was great. Will keep staying there.

The front desk person was very nice. She was able to find me a room in the location that I thought I had booked and had counted on. I usually like the rooms in this hotel. The one I have this trip unfortunately has no carpeting on the floor. I realize this probably makes it cleaner, but makes for a louder and starker environment and colder feet getting out of bed. Otherwise, I like this hotel. Good value for the money

my only complaint is that I checked in at 11 PM and there was nothing whatsoever to eat at the property not even a vending machine. I ate a really early dinner around 4 PM. Went to the football game with my son and when we came back to Palo Alto everything was closed, so I literally went to bed very hungry so that was my only complaint
