Just had a terrible experience with PARKER from the front desk.
He is extremely rude and does not know how to speak to customers.
Oh, and let me add, he hung up on me as well.
I had a great experience while at the hotel, excellent service “during my stay”, and the room was clean.
My issue with the hotel was that they charged me $76 for parking and a resort fee, which I was totally unaware of.
When I checked in, someone should “verbally” told me that I am getting charged this fee.
Just don’t take my credit card and make it seem like the card hold is for incidentals (which is the case for most hotels).
PARKER says it’s on the welcome letter they give you.
Who in the hell reads those?!!
Even though I don’t feel like I should pay for parking in an open parking lot that is not secured anyway, overall I don’t mind paying whatever fees, if I’m told UPFRONT.
Just be aware folks they are going to authorize your card for $100, but you will only get $24 back with the charge for the resort fee and parking.
And please, please avoid PARKER at all cost!!!! He is extremely rude and has zero customer service skills!!
I will never book this hotel again because of PARKER’s, lack of professionalism and customer service.
Someone from upper management needs to really talk to this guy, and evaluate further, if you really want him as part of your team at the hotel.
