Beautiful Hotel!

This is a beautiful hotel and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, the hotel was really nice and upscale. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Don’t forget the resort fee!

Brand new hotel with amazing pool. FYI when you book that the required $45/day resort fee are not included in the hotels.com receipt or room fee breakdown. I definitely wouldn’t call this hotel a resort. Their “resort” area that you pay extra for is a pool (that when we stayed we were told wasn’t ready yet because the chemicals were too strong), yoga classes (there was one to choose from from per day and they didn’t even have class Sunday or Monday which was half or stay) and pickle ball courts. Their recommendation to us was not to use hotel.com to book but honestly I wouldn’t have found this hotel which isn’t really close to anything, unless I used the third party booking site.

The roof top bar which everyone was saying so good was the worse meal ever and very expensive Could not figure out coffee pot in room, had to go on internet to figure out, no directions worked . No coffee in lobby unless you waited in very slow line to buy coffee

Forest they charged me for additional day which I made mistake by booking. This is not right. Even I paid two nights even I stay one night, I could not able to sleep well due to noise on the next rooms and hallway. Noises like someone goes to the bathroom you can hear it what they doing in the bedroom. This is very ridiculous. I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

Easy to walk ton convention center. Very clean and most of staff was very personable/helpful/polite. Only issue was on Saturday the web stated the restaurant open at 11am. Due to large breakfast crowd opened at 1130am. Family and friends waited a hour to eat.
