The kitchen bench is very small. A kettle and a big toaster, there was no room for a plate. I suggest a smaller toaster. The tea towel was not a good drying fabric. I liked the idea of a dark make up flannel

I think they had overbooked the room type I had booked as they gave me a ‘bigger room’ (an extra bedroom I had no use for as a solo traveler). Unfortunately, my room was in the centre of the top level so was noisy when I was trying to work (i book the spa studios as they are normally quieter as are better placed on the property). My spa had 5 jets, one wasnt working at all and 2 were barely working, only 2 at one end were working properly, meaning that you had to perch uncomfortably at one end to get the jet on your back and shoulder areas. The tv had also seen better days as there were green lines at the top of the screen- it was still watchable but not ideal. Lastly, the wifi was very unpredictable and didn’t work at all at times. The positives about my stay was a good sized workspace, heat pump heating in the room, easy parking, and accessible to town
