Usually enjoy staying here, however, a few issues in my last trip. The pumps for shampoo were broken and couldn’t dispense. They placed me in a room right next to room keeping, the constant noise throughout the day was terrible. Then, I stayed in the 4th (today is the 31st) and the $200 hold for security deposit is still on my account.

Motel 6 Is Better

Absolutely terrible. Bed sheets were itchy and the bed was rock hard and impossible to sleep on. I could hear footsteps and people talking through the thin walls and music constantly playing at the restaurant underneath. We went to the pool to for two mimosas and the bartender charged me $40 for two mimosas..

I really wanted to rate this hotel higher as most of our stay was pleasant. The pool was nice and relaxing, though only one of them was heated. The rooms were spacious, and the shower pressure and cleanliness were great. However, I have a feather allergy and had specifically informed the hotel in advance. They assured me they double-checked, but unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. While my bed was fine, my friend's had feathers, which caused me severe discomfort, coughing, and sneezing for three nights. When I raised the issue with the front desk, the manager promised us two free nights in the future, but after following up with two emails, I’ve yet to receive a response over a month later. I hope you don’t face similar issues during your stay, but this incredibly disappointing customer service really tarnished my overall experience, despite an otherwise enjoyable stay.

The front door didn’t want to close, no shower door, there was water all over the floor, and the shower was filthy when we got there. The lamps are foot buttons when it’s dark and trying to find light. The side tables have books under them because they are broken. The restaurant shares the same parking lot which means there’s no parking when you’re trying to get to your room in the dark.

Overpriced for what you get

Disappointed. We could hear everything going on in the rooms next door to us, including people staying up until 2:30 in the morning partying. All the footsteps, all the conversations, all the talking, all the doors opening and closing. They gave us one hand towel for two people. Two bath towels that were very small. The shower is the open door kind so the water sprays on the floor of the bathroom and because it's not enclosed it's very cold. The heater smelled like it was burning. There's not much room to move around inside the room. The pool was very warm and the jacuzzi was hot. It was nice to sit around the fire pit at the restaurant next door. Our room was right next to the dumpster and the trash truck came at 7:30 in the morning. The area around the rooms is all alley and it's not nice at all. We feel like the price was too much for the type of hotel it is. We returned to the hotel at 9:30 at night and there was no parking left.

The place was cute and clean. We had a terrible night with our loud neighbors until midnight! Could not sleep. The insulation is terrible! We can hear everything and the noise from street too. Too bad. Cute swimming pool area…

I checked in to my room at the back facing the dumpsters and parking lot. The hotel was not full. I did not feel safe there and so I did not stay the night. It looks like a decent place but seemed desolate. Perhaps ask for a pool facing room if you decide to give it a try.

I’ve decided this is a motel. No elevator to second floor rooms. I stayed here because it was least expensive when most places were fully booked / expensive. It’ll do for one night but would be poor as a vacation home base due to noise: road noise if your room is near the road like mine. Lots of 6am noise from other guests. Friendly checkin and friendly service in Gigi’s restaurant. Request a room away from the road and you may be satisfied.
