Room was spacious and comfortable. It’s out dated, the restroom needs remodeling. We had 3 beds which was great for our family of 5. The room was dusty. The restroom was not cleaned. It was yellow and brown around the edges. I usually disinfect before we use the restroom but I had two really clean it and disinfect.

Palm trees,mountain views are here. Quietand safe… no outside people walking around, only staffs and travelers are here. The facilities in room are old, but clean. The blankets are warm and clean.

Got exactly what we paid for quiet comfortable room, with one exception picture showing room when booking was not what room looked like on arrival. There was no separate sitting area with couch in room, spa was not working, went to use the spa and had to skim leaves out from storm the day before and it was cold with no turn on switch

It's what I expected a 2* hotel. I wasn't expecting luxury and I'm the room was quite large. I will say they did daily changing of linens which you don't get in many 4* hotels these days. The area is quiet and felt safe. The beds were comfortable. The furniture and bedding were dated and some areas were worn down. But, for the price (especially during a large event weekend) the room worked fine for me.

For the price, the hotel room was passable but far from impressive. The biggest issue we encountered was the bathroom. Every time we turned on the light, the vent blowers were excessively loud, making it unpleasant to use the bathroom, especially at night when the noise was particularly disruptive. Another major inconvenience was the ice situation. The hotel had only one ice machine, and it was out of order for all three nights of our stay. While the staff tried to address the problem by going to a grocery store to buy ice, they rationed it out to guests, which was both inconvenient and insufficient. It’s clear the hotel needs to invest in better maintenance and provide backup options for essential amenities.
