Mattresses and pools aren't great

The mattress in the room was very warpped and sinking into the center of the bed so unfortunately endured some back pain. The pool was not very clean or upkept for both times I went over to the pool, dirty food from other customers, towels, lots of lounge chairs were not in order as well as very dusty. The hot tub did not look clean.

Our family was last here 4 years ago. We were surprised that nothing has been updated for the amount of revenue this hotel brings in. Atmosphere was good and so was the entire staff, with the exception of a housekeeper knocking at our door at 9am for no apparent reason. Beds were very comfortable, with the exception of the pillows. Room was clean and the cafe had many items to offer. Thanks for offering the complimentary drinks (2) and a big thank-you to Megan who checked us in.

Faxilities were great, staff was super friendly. They are really understaffed. Went to happy hour at the arcade. Candy table was unsupervised, kids kept cutting and not staff to keep order. Not entorley thwir fault, parents should watch their kids. All the staff was helpful, just need more of them. Pool kept running out of clean towela and trash bins were full alot of times.

Overall we had a really good stay. There were a couple things that didn’t go perfectly but I think it was due to it being a busy week with Spring Break. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. Our room was nice and we experienced great service while we’re there.
