At check the reception instructions were not clear to find our residence building and the signage was terrible on the building part of it was faded. Plus our suite no. has 5 digits and reception did not explain we were on the 3rd floor nor did she indicate there was an elevator and trolley cards for our luggage were located at the elevator area. upon our depart date there were no luggage trolley carts in sight and we had to bring our luggage down ourselves. Signage with larger lettering on the drive into the parking streets could be larger for the building properties would help. Signage for the entrance to enter the property from Portolo especially at night would help especially for first time visitors. The property bathroom could use some updating or cleanliness with markings on the the tub and grout could look better. Microwave instruction pamplet would be helpful instead of us taking the time to figure out the different settings.

Room was amazing 2 separate rooms with kitchens king size beds and couch pull outs. Great corner room with nice size patios it was perfect! Only dining available during the day is by the pool so you might want to catch a meal before you arrive. It’s a quiet getaway and I appreciate the staff’s courtesy.
