The hotel is tired and the carpets are stained and dirty. Reception tried to put me in a room (building 5) looking over the parking lot - even though the property was maybe 1/4-1/2 full. I had to request at least a garden or pool view. I also don't love a hotel that has a security guard roaming our hallway 24/7. It doesn't inspire confidence.

The hotel was nice. My main complaint was you pay so much to stay there that they actually charged you to park there. NOT VERY COOL, well just my opinion.

This resort offers many options for a relaxing weekend, however, the spa could be more staffed as we have tried to make massage appointments and were unable to for a lack of massage therapists. I know they just bought the property and it is new so maybe this is the reason. The rooms are exceptional, clean and comfortable. If you’re lucky enough to stay in one of the downstairs units open to the lawn it is so relaxing. I highly recommend this hotel as it looks like they take pride in what they offer their customers in keeping the hotel as pristine as possible.

Upon arrival greeted by valet, check in was easy and friendly bags were in our room when we arrived to the room. Dinner with family and friends. Johnny Costa‘s Italian restaurant is a must. Also foxy, Restaurant, Palm Desert. Close to Casino and downtown shopping.

A solid hotel
-We were two couples in our early 30s -Rooms were clean and beds very comfortable -Pool area was nice -staff was very friendly -hotel is in a good location close to down town -7 eleven close by as well some restaurants Overall very happy with the value received for the price point, better than expected

Two different pool area was nice. Fire pits around the pool to sit at later in the night is a great touch. Very clean resort staff is very helpful and friendly. Thank you for a great experience

Excellent place to kick back and relax. Love the multiple pool and hot tub options. Seems like restaurants and bars were abit short staffed. But staff was friendly and hustled. a remodel is due for some new carpet in the corridors. Overall good experience.

Front desk people made me stand there while waiting for people that somehow didn't know how to check in. The other desk person just looked at me and walked off..?? Property is old but rooms are is decent shape. Only downside music in pool area was on until 10 pm? Because the place is old window are single pane allowing the music to easily come through.
