We were very impressed with this hotel. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was spacious with nice modern style. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. There is a really cool fridge in the room, big compared to most minibars and it has a freezer section too. There was also a common area next to the pool for ice, water and had 2 microwaves. I come to PS to visit a relative and normally stay at the Hilton however I would definitely stay at The Dunes in the future.

The property is great for an older property. The renos are nice. We loved the pool area and all the different sitting areas and places to just hang out out doors. Staff were super friendly. Rooms were clean and comfortable. I just didn't like the check in on line process and having to upload my ID and credit card only to find that when I arrived I had to still present it to the clerk. I'd rather not upload my ID online as you never know where it is going or who its going to be shared with. Thank you We'd definetly stay again.

Pool and grounds very well laid out and enjoyable. Played cornhole a couple times and swam…pool clean and whirlpool nice. Front desk team exceptional…friendly and helpful. Great location!

It's a cute hotel, with nice updated rooms, and cute interiors. It's very close to downtown. We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back.

Great hotel all around
Very convenient location. Downtown is within walking distance. Hotel is retro looking, but incredibly updated through the inside. Rooms are well maintained. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Would definitely consider this place again.

Great location and recently renovated
My family and I have been in Palm Springs several times. For this price range, this was the best hotel we have stayed at. Most buildings in Palm Springs are old (built in the 50’s/60’s), so it’s always a challenge to find something that feels “fresh”. The Dunes has been recently renovated so that was great! Everything was clean, comfortable beds, plenty of towels. Location is fantastic - walking distance to all restaurants and shops. I absolutely loved their “contactless” check in and check out - all is done via text and we didn’t even stopped at the front desk. Will definitely stay again our next time in Palm Springs!
