This property is highly recommended. It is clean, housekeeping maintenance is top notch and it is close to shops , restaurants and Downtown Palm Springs.

Good location to downtown

The location to downtown Palm Springs is excellent, definitely walkable. The rooms are small, really just enough room for the beds. There’s no couch or chair so you really don’t want to spend any time in your room and also the room is very dark so I would suggest that women bring a lighted make up mirror Because it really is too dark to even apply make up at the bathroom mirror.

I liked the room layout, hard vinyl flooring, access to the pool and lounge area, snacks and beverages at the front desk in the morning. I loved that bikes were available for free. The pillow was a bit hard.

Centrally Located Hotel in Palm Springs

Easy checkin, room was spotless, comfortable beds. Great location to downtown PS. Entire property has been updated and they did a fantastic job. Only criticism: Need more than just 1 coffee pod for the coffee machine.

Room we were in didn’t seem very clean. Towels are dingy and dirty looking. The room had damages to the walls, and paint chipping. The outdoor spaces didn’t seem to be cleaned often. Was told I would be updated when our room was ready but never got a text or told it was ready even after sitting in the lobby. Walked up to the counter and the room was suddenly available. The ac units are extremely loud. You can hear the people near by. They use Fabuloso to clear which is not a disinfection. The smell is also so strong. If you’re sensitive to smells don’t stay here- you will be miserable! It is convenient to downtown and easy to get around. They also have bikes for use.

Booked this hotel 5 months in advanced. And got a back lot room with the trash containers and noise truck at 7 am. Jammed room door. Difficult to open an close. Checkin service good. Good location
