Though pet friendly, fees high for stay while rooms are in desperate need of renovation. Filthy carpet, damaged flooring, trim and baseboards, dented refrigerators, broken ice makers, sofas stained and headboards need polish and dusty. Air conditioning units need maintenance as they squeal with high pitch that sound like a plane landing. When was the last time any windows were washed? Kitchen cabinet glass stained. Knife dull, shower curtain not strong enough to keep water inside tub, leaving floor soaked and dangerous.
