A beautiful hotel that I look forward to visiting again in the future. I had one spa treatment. I would say that the cost of the treatment didn’t quite equate with the experience. It was very nice but not worth the higher price tag.

My husband and I recently celebrated our one-year anniversary there. Expecting a relaxing getaway. Unfortunately, our experience was marred by subpar service at the pool. Upon arrival, the front office staff exceeded expectations with their warmth and professionalism. However l, the pool service fell short. After settling in, we waited patiently for a waiter to take our order. Despite multiple passes, the young waiter ignored us prioritizing other couples. We gave him the benefit of the doubt, assuming he was busy. However after an hour and half, he finally appeared, only to ignore us again. We then saw another young man fixing the towels and asked him if we could order food and drinks and he was very nice and said yes, let we go get the waiter. He took some time to come back only to inform us that that if we wanted food or drinks we would have to go and order them ourselves at the bar. The waiter’s shift is over. I was speechless. This experience was so disappointing because the waiter had multiple opportunities to communicate his impending departure. This encounter left a sour taste, making us reconsider returning to Sands. With better communication and customer service, this establishment could excel. We hope management addresses this issue to ensure future guests receive consistent Quality service. Mr and Mrs Valles

This was a let down for me because we were excited to stay here but the room smelled like mold and they couldn’t accommodate me to another room the same without downgrading my room. They ended up refunding me but it was just a hassle to find another hotel

I was very pleasantly surprised by this hotel. I feel it was a very good value for the money. The pool area is outstanding and the Jacuzzi is even better. Rooms were very nice with comfortable beds and the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

This hotel is art deco and very quaint. All of their staff are very gracious and helpful. It is so quiet and peaceful. Don’t get me started on the super comfortable bed, pillows, and bedding. For that reason alone I didn’t want to get up and go home. I definitely recommend this hotel and am looking forward to future visits.

When my boyfriend said we should go on a quick vacation I said "YES!" and went ahead and asked him to book this place then proceeded to break the news I would be going alone cause that is how I vacation..duh! Ive been here for PINK CABANA Dinners in past but never stayed so I was super excited to treat myself for a getaway in 115 degree heat. LIZ, JOHN, ALLEN all a fabulous team. From the moment you enter through the large doors into the whimsical art deco paradise you are treating like an A lister until the second you leave. Rooms are A clean and decorated mid century modern with attention to every detail. I really loved the unlacquered brass ALL Over which as a designer I appreciate since maintenance is so high- but maintains design integrity of the mid century period. I was given a bottle of sparkling wine upon arrival with a sweet card & beautiful glasses with frozen edible flowers to pour in. POOL Side service A POO SIDE and ROOM SERVICE A (breakfast was a hiccup that front desk resolved off tab) MINI bar is EXREMELY generous nested inside a beautiful banquet (photo posted) which includes anything you can imagine. 5 stars from beginning to end- remind me to thank my boyfriend for this trip that he did not participate in.
