Not worth the price you pay.
Rooms are not sound proof at all. Conversations from adjucent rooms can be heard very clearly. Heating /cooling did not work properly.

The staff were so friendly, I called to let them know we would arrive after midnight and there was no problem, arrived at 2:30AM, checked in quickly, gave us a great room. Quiet area and very clean. Will definitely return to this Hotel if we ever go back to Coachella. Price was really great too.

Our choice of the best thing about Royal Plaza Inn
Through the years we have become regulars at Royal Plaza Inn & they are going through numerous changes and updating the premises but the most important thing my family wants to review is about a specific employee “Nicole” who is the best employee we have ever had the pleasure to meet, always positive, knowledgable & able to keep up morale with so many things happening that could easily upset or bring others down.We have stayed at numerous hotels & I am happy to review most but in this case, I must say that Nicole has been by far the 🌟 best all-around employee & the main reason we have frequently stayed at Royal Plaza Inn & We wish she could somehow be noticed for her 5-star service even where it's not the easiest place to make others so comfy & content. She is not family, never met before staying here but my family wants to share our opinion and she is the best thing about Royal Plaza Inn.

Royal Plaza hotel
We have stayed here many times and it is always a pleasure we always are pleased to have Nicole help us and she is bar none the friendliest and most knowledgeable employee we have ever seen. She is always smiling and always a wonderful person to have check us in to the hotel just a true joy to see She always goes above and beyond to see us to our room and ensure we are always enjoying our stay I ca.not say enougjabout her she is such a great employee and deserves to be rewarded for her service.

Hotel needs a better maintainance. In partilucar, air-condition systems are very old and they work badly. It is necessary to clean territory around hotel. Also, there are problems with TV antenna (I was not able to watch TV).

Room was clean and kept up, we like that they had good security and we felt safe in outlet stay. For a last min stay the price was reasonable, the restaurant that was attached had great service and good food.
