Great stay but weird check-in/checkout
The suite is well maintained and clean. It's such a relief to see everything in good condition when we're so tired at the end of the day. Our neighbors next door and upstairs were loud after 10pm. We have an infant with us, and the front desk did take actions right after we let them know. It was kind of strange was that nobody was at the front desk when we were trying to check in though. I thought I saw 2-3 people in uniform who appeared to be chatting at the bar across the lobby, but I didn't want to assume those were the staff. I had to wait at least 3-5 minutes before one of them finally came to the front desk to check me in. I would've appreciated one of the staff acknowledging me, for the very least, if they were talking about work related stuff by the bar. This was about 9pm. We were tired from driving long distance with a fussy baby waiting in the car. The other strange thing is that the staff knocks on the door about 15-20 minutes before checkout time to remind us to check out. Not to bring up the baby again, but we were busy packing and getting dressed while handling a baby!

There were just a couple small things I’d change but overall a great place to stay. Friendly staff, delicious breakfast with unique offerings. Spacious rooms with a kitchenette.

We stayed here as a family of 3, plus 2 extended family members. We each had separate suites but the suites were large enough to host each other in the evenings in the main living/kitchenette areas. Parking was a breeze. Check in and check out was very quick and easy. It was a very clean hotel. The majority of the staff were very friendly and helpful if needed. We travelled with a child and there were a few really nice playgrounds a short drive away. The pool was small but because of the time of year (November) it was not busy and it was heated, so us Canadians could enjoy it even when it wasn’t hot outside. Lots of shopping and restaurant options nearby and close enough to Palm Springs and surrounding attractions like the Living Desert zoo and Palm Springs market.
