I've stayed at Palm Mountain many times. It's my favorite place to stay in PS. This time there was construction going on. The noise level wasn't bad, but they were spraying something with a strong toxic smell. We were in the pool area and this smell was pretty overpowering. Maybe they should consider some way to contain the fumes. I'll still stay there but will check on construction issues before I book next time.

We will definitely stay here again. The proximity to downtown Palm Springs is unparalleled. Your in the heart of downtown but once inside you feel removed from any hustle or bustle. Very calm and relaxing atmosphere. We so enjoyed our stay. Easiest parking ever too!!

Great convenient place to stay. Near many attractions and restaurants and shopping. Rooms were clean although housekeeping comes only every three days. But when asked for necessities ii e towels etc staff was very accommodating. Grest view of fireworks on New Year’s Eve!!

This was my 5th stay here and i love the location! The hotel is remodeling rooms and making them better. I can't wait to see the new rooms! I love the Grapefruit trees , I picked a fresh Grapefruit and had it for breakfast. :) Its very relaxing at Palm Mountain resort and spa. Love it!

LOVE LOVE LOVE this property ! Had such a beautiful time here i can’t wait to go back. The property is a lot bigger and nicer than it looks online. They are just beginning a renovation of guest rooms which is probably needed despite that it is great !! The staff is super friendly, the location is amazing, parking is plentiful . Garden like setting with bougainvillea everywhere.. was seriously sad to leave this morning.

Love the hotel grounds and the location is excellent. The rooms were a bit dated, and walls thin. We could have used an extra blanket, the comforter was thin, for summer, but in December it was chilly at night.

Kudos to Israel at the front desk, so welcoming, nice and helpful. We got a spacious and clean room even though it's outdated. But they're going to renovate the resort early 2025 so watch for it! It's in downtown area so close to everything. Parking is on side street but safe. There's a security that checks the area often. I highly recommend it!

Great hotel! It is a block away from the main avenue that has tons of shops and restaurants, yet you cannot hear the noise. Parking was easy. The rooms do need to be upgraded but per their signage, that will happen in 2025. Also, the maids screaming in the halls around 8am was not good. Great hotel and location. I’d stay here again.
