The room reeked of smoke. I had to wash my clothing when I came home to get the smell out. The bathroom was disgusting and held together with putty. The towels were paper thin. There was no shampoo and only these tiny little bars of soap. The desk had something spilled on it. The nightstand had cigarette burns. This was a complete horror show. The place looked nothing like the pictures and I probably would have been better off sleeping in my car. This place reminded me of what you see after a crime had been committed. I didn't feel like I could complain because everything else was booked due to the Tennis tournament. This is an embarrassment.

Would not recommend

The room is basic. No coffee or tea service available in room. Bed is decent but sheets scratchy and no top blanket. The heating/cooling unit in the room was broken and wouldn’t turn off, the fan running all night which made the room feel extra dry. Could not keep the window open because rooms face a busy & noisy main road . Free parking.

Simple room with a big bed and plenty of towels. Very clean. Good value for the price, especially during Indian Wells tennis tournament. I wish i had brought a bathing suit for the pool and hot tub.

The value was very good for the price we paid. Front staff were nice, gave us a room at the back, we were very tired and wanted a quiet room to regenerate. Some basic reno's were either done or bei g done. Room was clean and comfortable for the most part. My only critique was there was reno pieces i.e. plaster and paper behind the bathroom door and quite a bit behind the toilet. Not a deal breaker but I would give a full 5 stars if I hadn't seen that. Would stay again.

Cheap but would probably pass. Heard violent sex throughout the night, was given a room by the stairs heard every single person walking and shaking the entire room. Then weas greeted by a steaming pile of dog poop outside my rooms air/ ac vent. Plus cops on premises everyday looking for a person who was staying there. Besides that views great lol

The staff were incredibly helpful, rooms were clean, great value. It’s close to the highway as Motel 6’s are so I had the fan on to mask road noise, it’s in a less desirable part of town, but near the bus.
