Stayed here 4 years ago was better and clean This time was not good got in room smelled like smoke then people next to me went in and out of room 50 times i couldnt sleep. I finally got moved to another room that was litttle better but guest there seems to be the safest people without saying to much

They charged $5.75 extra to park your car, while is ridiculous, never saw that before. Hot tub was excellent but we got locked inside and gate had no way to get back out. Had to yell until someone walked by to let us out. No coffee pot, no microwave. No mini fridge, no breakfast, only has front desk coffee in morning. A guy with huge wire cutters in parking lot at night, people hanging out in the parking lot make it a bit uncomfortable.

My bathtub was stained black/grey and my towel was stained in a pink color. My neighbors were not the quietest so I tried to spend a lot of my time outside the room. I asked the front desk for shampoo and body wash and was told certain rooms get those basics, I haven't experienced that in any hotel before. A front desk employee did redo my key when it didn't work anymore. There was a person sleeping in front of the property when I checked in and out from Thursday night to Saturday morning. Didn't feel safe and don't recommend this property to others.

They canceled my reservation before I arrived and didn’t call or try to inform me in any way. I arrived after a three hour drive just to be told there was nothing they could do and no reason as to way they canceled my reservation & told there was nothing they can do for me. I’m almost certain they did that because it was as holiday weekend and the their rates were triple what I originally booked the room for.

The price was reasonable however my room had no heat, fridge, coffee maker or microwave. Homeless yelling all night until 3am and they hang out by motel. Even pulled fire alarm! I was on a 3 night stay didn't get any rest!

Crappy place
The bed was super uncomfortable and I asked for more pillows because they only gave one for a queen bed and they said they were out. Also the toilet wasn’t working properly. It wouldn’t flush. They said they fixed it then when I got back to my room and the toilet still wasn’t fixed. They just plunged it. Wasn’t offered another room and they didn’t care.
