Not a good stay

The only thing nice was the bathroom. The door was difficult to open. I basically fell into the room any time I tried to open it. When we left to check out, water was everywhere because they overflowed the pool. They did give us free bottles of water when the vending machine was sold out.

Bed bugs room was musty smell bad they moved our room but it smelled bad also contacted management no one has called back

Squatters in room want refund

We went to check in, got our room and there was squatters in there. The hotel didn’t have another 2 bedroom so asked for a refund. They said they’d give me one then refunded another credit card that isn’t mine. Worst experience and now trying to get my money back through you guys.

Overall, it was not terrible, but the train kept coming we were far enough away so that it was not a terrible impact. The room was extremely small. Bathroom was spacious and open. Shower and water pressure was great! Walls were very thin. My kids and I heard someone have intercourse through the walls. I had to distract my kids. TV did not work well even with the wifi code. Overall, very cramped and decent stay if you absolutely had to. I would not stay there again.I needed to pay attention to the fact that double bed means full. For a full figured person that is not enough space. It was decent. Staff were patient.

Coachella Stay I recommend

Great stay, felt clean and safe and the staff was friendly upon arrival. Short drive over to the Coachella festival. Perfect alternative for a smaller group.

Room was VERY dirty and rundown. Pee on the toilet seat and could see the bottom part of the toilet had not been cleaned in I’m not sure how long. Multiple long human Hairs in/on the bed. Pillows and sheets had stains on them and did not smell fresh. Floors had visible dirt on them. Door had large cracks on the sides and door had major dent on it showing someone tried to force their way in. ZERO amenities besides pool. Wish there was a mini fridge and a microwave ATLEAST. Tried to get a refund after 20 minutes to stay somewhere else due to me feeling uncomfortable/unsafe in the room but the very abrasive lady at the front desk claimed there was a 10 minute window to get me so I had to deal with it for the night or I would’ve lost the $400 they were charging a night!! I wouldn’t expect much from a motel 6 to begin with but having it priced gouged for Coachella I would expect them to perk the place up a bit atleast. I will never stay here again.
