Our room was not very clean. Bathroom floor was dirty next to toilet. While entry room had a dusty floor. Needed to wear flip flops inside the room. Neither hot tub was hot one was warm one was cold. The lady working the front desk was AMAZING unfortunately I can’t remember her name.

Average room, but outdated bath fixtures that were hard to figure out, and hard to get to work. Lobby doesn't open until 7:30am, which means you have to leave the keys in your room if you need to check out earlier. A bit overpriced for what you get, especially since it's not within walking distance to downtown. You have to drive to everything. On our weeklong trip staying in the Bay Area, Carmel, Solvang, and Palm Springs, we stayed in nicer rooms and better locations for less money.

Quick weekend trip

The front desk agents were very nice and you could tell the people who work there do their best taking care of the property, but the bathroom was super dirty. There was pubic hair and regular hair on the floor and in the tub. A lot of grime, dirt, and residue build up on the inside shower curtain. The beds are not connected to the headboards, the headboard is drilled into the wall. The 2 double bed rooms are supposed to fit 4 and my daughter and I barely fit in the bed together and we are not very big people nor are we tall. They remind me of large XL twin college beds. It was convenient because of the location, 10 minutes from the Tram and one of the Palm Spring strips, but despite the pleasantries, I would never stay there again because of the cleanliness & how other guests made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome in common areas. My daughter said the hotel reminded her of a motel and this was a trip for her birthday, so that was a little disheartening. She still enjoyed her stay and had a great time but we were ready to go home by day 2.
