It's OK

An old motel with a few updates: new floors and new, cheap furniture. It's not a bad place to stay IF you know what to expect. All the receptionists were friendly. Location is fine, parking is easy. You could hear all the bumping of the bed in the next room, as well as kids crying somewhere. Water pressure was great.

Decent location, great price, large room, but oddly furnished, Very weak bed, soft with dip in the middle. Noisy heater and no soundproofing so we heard every noise made in the room above us, did not get much sleep at all. There was also a motor sound like a saw that would go off every few minutes regardless of day or night. If you say here, request 2nd floor and if you need sleep, stay elsewhere Refrigerator in room, no microwave or coffee in room though...have to go to the lobby for those.

the front desk night clerk wasn't overly friendly.. The bed sheets were obviously dirty and not changed from previous renters....No coffee pot or any amenities in the room. Will not stay again

Motel with some noise

I thought this was a hotel but it's just an old motel with a slick rebrand. It's between 2 busy streets so most of the rooms are noisy. I was able to switch to an interior room that wasn't too bad but the walls were paper thin so it sounded like the neighbors were in the same room. The pool and hot tub looked nice though.
