The live music everyday is one of my favorite things about this hotel. Amazing musicians who care about the patrons. The hotel is small yet has a lot of character. The pool was spectacular and ALWAYS had plenty of sun shining on it. The rooms were pretty good and clean. It’s true there are thin walls. Thankfully my room was in a good location and i didn’t hear much from my neighbors. The only thing, i was charged for parking when i told them i didn’t have a car… that was odd. I also didn’t appreciate the two guys at the front desk talking like little boys because it was a very hot day. Yes it’s hot but the way they commented out loud like children do was wild to me. I asked one of them for beach towels and they gave me attitude about it. How am i supposed to know they’re getting some from the back? Overall this place is great I recommend it!

We had an issue immediately when the desk person directed us the opposite side of the hotel for our room, we had to walk completely around the hotel with our bags. We requested more coffee cups for our room which never arrived. The screen to the balcony was completely of the track. Parking was not explained until checkout and it was a $25 fee on top. It was a feeling that the front desk just didnt care. All said I would not book there again.

Nice lobby, but...

The lobby was very nice, but the rest of it needed upgrading. The elevator broke while we were there. The bed was not comfortable for me. The shutters on the sliding door were a nice touch, but they were so worn out, they wouldn't stay open. I feel the TV could have been bigger - I think it was only a 27" or 32". The AC sounded like it was blowing through 10 sheets of paper all the time. The shower looked nice, but was small. Breakfast smelled good, but $26?!? The good: Parking was free and felt safe and secure and the room was large

Great hotel old schopl vibe

Great vibe. Way nicer than expected. I was on a work trip, but i plan on comming back just to relax for a getaway. My job switched me to the El Paseo hotel (way more expensive) but I like the old school vibe at the IWR that i had them w Switch me back to this hotel for my last night here!

It was my first time at the Indian Wells as a rest spot for Palm Springs Adventure vacation, and I just love the Lucy and Desi Arnaz Jr. aesthetic! The entrance is inviting. Check-in and check out was quick! The staff were very nice and helpful if you need something! The bed was comfy and nice clean room, tv, fridge, patio! The pool and jacuzzi topped off my stay!

convenient and budget friendly hotel, have to ask for the replacement for the regular coffee that they did not replenish, the front desk daytime staffs were helpful and attentive not the night time one whom was impatient and rude! the pool is nice same with the room except the bed a bit too soft!
