The hotel is in an excellent location. Rooms very clean, and updated but beds very small. The staff very nice and attentive and we felt very safe. Hotel lobby and general feel is super outdated. Overall for the price it was totally fine.

My only concern was that the resort only had 2 full beds available. I didn’t check as every room I have ever stayed in had 2 queen beds. We had 3 adults so had to buy a blow up bed and bedding for the 3rd adult.

Get what you pay for

This place is fine I guess, it’s fine for the price. I wanted to get a workout in, the treadmill I used worked for what I needed. But if you want to do anything with weights good luck…. The machine was relic from the 80s probably with missing pieces. And the dumbbells didn’t have matching pairs. As far as sleep goes it could have been better. There was a light outside my room that shines upward to illuminate the building… however the room only has these old wooden style shutters to block the light…. It doesn’t block the light effectively at all.

This “resort” is more like an inn , families who are looking to have a good vacation time should look to book elsewhere . I feel like this hotel is more for someone who is traveling for business not for leisure . We checked out early due to lack of activities.

This is an older property and appears it has been under various periods of renovation. The room was clean but had an odor that made it smell old and dated. The bed wasn’t very comfortable and pillows were foam. I didn’t sleep well. Very nice bath and shower. The staff I encountered were all just average. No warm welcome or greetings. Self-parking was free and plentiful. I did not buy the breakfast buffet which was expensive. There were 500 ml bottled waters in room that were $3.00 each! The overall price for the room was fantastic, so imagine that’s why nothing is inclusive. TV was small like a computer monitor. There is nightly entertainment but I did not partake.

Everything was fine except at the end. When I was signing for the room when we checked in, we saw an up charge. They explained it away saying that its just a hold that will fall off once you check out. We checked out and waited but still had an extra $50 fee that we couldn't understand. Called the hotel and they said “we charge for parking”. No where does it say that we would be charged for parking. Just sneaky and unprofessional after such a great stay.

Love this place

Got this place because our plans changed at the last minute and BOY! did we luck out! This place is great! Love the history and tributes to Lucille Ball and Dezi Arnez all over the place. The staff is friendly, the grounds are lovely, the pool area is super cool, the lounge is great with live performances. Love our quick layover here and will definitely be back for a longer stay!

The staff are welcoming, the rooms are comfortable and spotless, and the overall vibe is relaxing and luxurious. The amenities, from the pool to the lobby, make every stay feel special.
