The pool area is getting run down and junky. Elevators didn’t work, stair wells were locked and there was a single acres point to the 2nd floor. Totally fine and expected for a $120/ night hotel. I expect better from a $500/night hotel. Don’t charge a resort fee. This ain’t no resort the way it’s currently being operated. I stay in hotels 130 nights a year all over North America from 1stars to 5 Stars. I know what I speak of.

Very comfortable DT Palm Springs hotel

This hotel is in a great location. Easily walkable to all DT Palm Springs has to offer. Valet parking is great. The room was large, and the bed comfortable. This is a 4-star property that is starting to show it's wear. Not at all shabby, but it is just about in need of an update (it's probably last update is before COVID). It is clean, and the pool & public areas are large and comfortable. We'll stay here again.

Hotel is centrally located so you can easily walk to shops and restaurants. The facilities at the hotel were disappointing. I didn’t think March would be off-season but there was no open restaurant (only a limited bar menu), no pool bar or wait service while we were there, and in general, the place felt understaffed. It would be nice to know what amenities are available each month.

Consistently Great Hotel, Wonderful People

I am a Los Angeles native and travel frequently. Thi is the hotel my Husband and I prefer in downtown Palm Springs. We have stayed here numerous times. And, it is consistent. The location is walking distance to all the restaurants and entertainment, The rooms are large, clean and updated. We always book a top floor room, w/ Mountain view & large balcony. It's worth every dollar more. The morning view and tranquility is amazing. If your looking for five star luxury, there are certainly more luxurious hotels in the area. However, this hotel provides true value. The resort fee is modest, includes valet with in and out access. ( Please tip the valet,I have noticed that many people do not tip.) People that work at this hotel go beyond the call of duty, are are truly happy people. It makes a big difference! Thanks to Lane, Char, Maggie and Armando,Christian for always making the stay great.

The entire hallway carpet in this wing was filthy and really gross. The bed, linen and carpet in the room were OK though. I had requested a room with a city view but they put me in a first floor room closest to the nightclub so I heard that while trying to fall asleep.

Fun property with so many neat events throughout the week. The attendant at the front desk also informed us of the local street fair that was happening, which was so much fun! The car valet staff were so helpful, they were so quick to bring my vehicle. Last, you can’t beat the central location, late night pizza for the win.

This property has valet service which is excellent. There is also a shuttle service to the airport. My room was quiet which I appreciated. The staff were friendly and helpful. The property is confidently located in the heart of Palm Springs. I would definitely stay there in the future.
