New Year's Getaway

The location was great. Keeping breakfast stocked and coffee made seemed to be difficult for the staff. One morning there was no eggs until 5 minutes before the end of breakfast. Most mornings there was little to no coffee which seems to be a predictable and easy to solve problem. The pancake machine had no batter except for one of the four mornings we were there. The staff didn't keep track of what needed to be done. One morning there was no coffee for 45 minutes.

Comfy room and bed but noisy human alarm.

The room was comfy and the staff members were welcoming and pleasant. My only complaint were noisy guests upstairs. I believe guests with younger kids should be placed downstairs where their running around wouldn't bother downstairs guests. The ceiling of our room or the floor of the upstairs room was very creaky and loud.. Management changed rooms which was great. We woke up at 5 am to kids running above.
