Our room contained a heavily stained couch and housekeeping was inconsistent- we had the sign off the door the whole time and probably got service 3 out of our 6 days ( granted one day was a holiday) and it seems like a few things were broken ( the card maker at the front desk only worked on 1 out of 3 of the computers) The staff were super nice though! The nighttime reception was really nice and the grounds were pretty.

Unfortunately I don’t recommend this hotel. The shower rod had rust, there was a pile of garbage left outside my room when I arrived that was not picked up till the following morning, the room air conditioning was not functioning and I had to call maintenance twice, the sliding glass door would not close, water damage in bathroom, walls were dirty.

Don't charge for wifi or parking
Charging for wifi and parking is absurd. I am paying to stay one night and with a 4pm check in I was at your hotel for 16 hours, covering the wifi and parking seems like the most basic thing you can do for your customers. Also the TV had a single working channel.

For an Embassy Suite it was not in good condition. Shower silicone was dirty, floor looked dirty, bottom of bathroom door had water damage about inches up. I just expect more from that name. We were just traveling through and the price was good.

Pool and spa were yellow with urine from kids, heater and ac in room didn't work, tried to use phone to call about it, phone didn't work, they ended up setting some portal heaters, paint is chipping old and the whole place needs a remodel. Not the Embassy Suites accommodation I'm used to. Other lower priced hotels in the area are a better bet.

’s Staff at check in was helpful. Breakfast was good. Staff working hard in breakfast area. Convenient surroundings. -‘s Got put in a room in the back and was woken by pickeball in the AM both mornings. Called for more towels, bedding for the pullout, and a trash can (only one in the suite) waited an hour, then called again and waited 30 minutes, then called again and was told to come up and get them. Once we got up there they only gave us bedding. Next morning called for towels again. When house keeping arrived with the approx 45 minutes later they argued with my wife. Room was out dated big time! Phone was missing buttons and my bed had a massive gap in it like a 1,000 lb person was laying there for a year. If you’re into pickleball, don’t let the pic online fool you. It’s owned by a separate company which you have to book through them at a rate of $40 an hour. We will not be back to this place again. I thought Hiltons standards were higher than this.

Rooms were ok, our gate entrance was kinda dark, ice machine was noisy and leaked onto the walkway and there usually has bags of laundry out too. The pool was and warm but it was in the courtyard so it hit to much shade, also they skipped cleaning our room so the second day I requested to do it but when we got back at 1:30pm it wasn’t done, bought the maids and they gave me towels but had to change our own beds.

Not recommended for family with kids
The property is very old and the staff did not seem friendly. 1. We did not come during the peak season but we were given the room at the far end of the hotel even though we had 2 kids. 2. Everyday morning, there will be a line at the breakfast counter with only one person juggling to make omelettes in 4 stoves. The same person seemed very rude when talking to the hotel guests Quality 1. The quality of the food was not great in the morning specially the cupcakes. Even the omlettes that were freshly made had ok taste. 2. The property seemed old, and everywhere it said, park at your own risk 3. The carpet in the room was very old. If you have kids, who plays or sits on the carpet, then this hotel is not recommended. It felt like dirt had accumulated in the carpet over a long period of time and no particular attention was paid to clean the carpets.

The happy hour reception upon arrival was a great surprise and very welcoming. The complimentary breakfast was outstanding as well. The room was clean and hugh since it is a suite. It was disappointing not to have wi fi provided in the room however all else was great.
