Everything was great. Only issue was during breakfast. Suggestion..The waffles should be made by the staff and put in a warmer instead of using the individual waffle makers and made individually by the people staying at the hotel. It was too crowded and took too long waiting for a waffle maker.

The room looked a bit tired - sofa and chairs need to be replaced; curtains and furniture need updating and the bathroom could use some TLC. Repairs are obvious and detract from the look. The phone does not work but was making a clicking sound and there was a hum from the A/C unit that was annoying. Could hear every flush of the toilet and sink/shower use from the room above and/or next door. There was no hairdryer to be found in the room. Light switches did not turn on lights; checked light fixtures were turned on, but switches still did not work. Bathroom lighting was poor. Carpet looked dirty and in need of replacing.

I really enjoyed how pleasant the staff was. They got me checked in in less then 4 min. The rooms are nice & big. I love how the living room is separate from the bedroom. The property is close to El Paseo & all the restaurants in the area. The Breakfast buffet was wonderful in the morning. The Staff made a wonderful omelet for my wife & I. We will be staying here many times again. Thank you.

The room was dirty with paper and food debris on the floors and counters. The lights were down m for a reason. Furniture very worn and in poor condition. I asked at the desk if any rooms were more recently renovated and was told they are all in that condition. It was just gross. Carpet had gaping seems, wall sockets were loose and there were holes in the curtains. The door to the outside had a large gap underneath it. Daylight was apparent. The shower drain had to be manually held to drain the shower. Elevators were hot and groaned when started. We noticed temporary inspection stickers on the elevator and took the stairs since they might need work to pass inspection. The evening reception was celery, carrots, chips and ranch dip. Run far away. Not worth the Hilton name. Ghetto experience.

The room itself wasn’t cleaned properly. There was a fake nail on the side of the bed and some stains on the bathroom baseboards. The rest of the hotel was nice and the people were courteous and professional.

The embassy suites is nice and spacious! We love staying here. However, when I booked our room and checked in, the front desk informed me that they were at capacity and could not give me room. I don’t understand how it’s possible to book a room when if true, it was at capacity. There’s definitely a communication issue that I sadly had to suffer. After waiting around I asked about it again and somehow they gave me a room. We go into the room and notice it was dirty and the a/c did not work. I called the front desk and they sent a worker to see if they could fix- which they couldn’t so then they moved us to another room. It was clean and A/c worked. But they had just denied me a room and somehow there were two possibly more available. Hmmmm everyone was friendly but what a nightmare.

The room was very dated. When you stay at a Hilton property you expect a higher quality. The room was dusty and dirty. Only two towels were provided. We can hear the person above us walking in the middle of the night. There should some structural barrier so you don't hear someone walking. We left without taking a shower since it was dirty and it smelled like it was fumigated. I told this to the front desk at checkout and he didn't say anything to me.
