Our stay was amazing. Met some new friends and memories. Steve is always very welcoming and professional. This place is very special to us and look forward to our next visit.

Close to the Palm Springs Air Tramway. Street fest was also going on. Wonderful Art Museum near motel. Large towels for pool and hot tub. There were some bugs but it is the desert so it's kind of expected. Toilet was very low. All in all a good stay.

Green Pool & jacuzzi not working

I booked this hotel 2 months ago. Keep in mind i called to confirm my reservations, weather, if the pool was accessible/open. Every call but one that i made i spoke to Enrique. We arrive at 2:20pm Saturday, May 31 2025, all excited about our stay and ready to cool down in the pool. So we get a poolside room for which we were excited about. While my wife unloaded the luggage I checked out the pool. My jaw dropped when I saw it. It was green, yes GREEN you couldnt even see the bottom of the pool, looked like it hadnt been cleaned in awhile. I immediately called, Enrique at the front desk. He said, "yea, their cleaning it now, id wait until the chemicals take effect before getting in". I had my wife look at it. She immediately walked to the front desk & was told, the pool filters havent worked in quite awhile, cleaning it was going to take a few days & he wouldnt recommend using it. After explaining we came for a vaca & specifically to relax at the pool, we were never informed of the pools condition. Enrique graciously offered us a FULL REFUND & apologized. We found a new hotel & left. Upon leaving, Enrique left my refund with the front desk, who refused to give his name when i asked but after asking around we found his name was Steve. He was an older white guy with short gray hair. Rude & unfriendly. Enrique was the ONLY positive in this review. I highly recommend staying elsewhere, in 104° weather & the pool was nasty. We left within an hour of arriving.

Read reviews and was concerned about the stay. We needed a budget friendly overnight stay passing through town & decided to give it a shot. Our experience was surprisingly good. Front desk was very friendly and room was pleasant enough to stay. Clean and comfortable for an amazing rate! If I had to do it again i would!

It was exactly what I expected for a low price, budget hotel. It was clean with a comfortable bed. Just what I needed on a road trip between Los Angeles and Phoenix. I would not want to hang out here. There was a pool and Jacuzzi that looked clean and inviting. Instead I went downtown (which was 5 minutes) away for a cocktail and appetizer. Then I hit the sack.

This motel was fine. It was slightly less than Motel 6 quality for Comfort Inn prices however. My biggest issue with this hotel was that the issues with the room were things that a handyman could fix in under an hour, and when I see that, it tells me that the housekeeping is not communicating problems to be fixed onwards to people who could fix them. This could be a decent place to stay if they established clear policies for their housekeeping to get problems reported, and how management is going to make those things get fixed. As is, it’s overpriced for having basic problems not fixed. It was clean, and the bedding was nice however.

Guy at reception was super welcoming, helpful, outgoing friendly and accommodating. Really appreciate that he offered to leave the guest laundry open late for us! Clean and convenient. Will definately return when I am in area again
