I got what I paid for

I knew I would probably have to be okay with any negatives and accept the positives. The positives were location, price, good bed, reasonably clean, good wifi and proximity to the airport. The negatives were floor was dirty (old), the pool was cold, the upstairs guests walked around alot and early, no Kleenex (surprised), the bathtub drain was partially clogged, tv was super glitchy so gave up on the 6 channels I could have watched, let's just say if there is any profit being made it is clearly not going into this property. The workers were nice!

A little unkempt and outdated. The office had zero provisions, however there are two liquor stores within walking distance that has snacks, water and a few travel necessities. Though, a single female may feel uncomfortable on the walk alone. The staff, at check in, was friendly and informative. Dont think i'd stay here again though.

Property was not worth staying in. Bed was uncomfortable, old furnishing and saw roaches in the bathroom. Shower was the only thing good about this place. Glad I brought my own toiletries.

Party hotel

This hotel is nice enough. It is cool looking and fairly clean. It however is a party hotel. We go back to the hotel at 10 pm and the music from others rooms was loud. It went on and off until 3 am.

Check in customer service was great Advertising pictures are very deceiving. The room and lobby weren’t even close to the pictures. Room Smelled bad walking in. The curtains have tearing. Nightstands were old n stained. And lastly the comforter had stains. On the plus flooring instead carpet

I always have a great stay at Delos Reyes Inn and their rates are very affordable. The staff at the front desk is always friendly and professional. The rooms are clean, modern, and cozy. The also have a nice and clean pool/spa area.

The guests in the room above us walked around heavily from 11 pm to 4 am, making for a constantly disturbed night's sleep. The complaint to the manager resulted in no resolution to this issue. The next night, we were also awakened by loud footsteps overhead. We phoned the manager, who didn't answer his phone or call us back. A most frustrating experience.

I liked the price, the ice machine, the location, the front deck stuff. I didn't like the dirty sheets and stained like used towels. I didn't like the broken tub faucet, the broken bed, the broken TV........
