Beautiful property, comfy beds, clean rooms. Breakfast staff were friendly, check in crew were friendly. Good selection at breakfast. The taller Pool side bartender was not so friendly and seemed to walk away from his duties about the time I wanted to go refresh or pay for my drinks. None of the electronic equipment in the fitness center worked although it appeared brand new. I didn’t bother telling the staff who may or may not have been able to fix it. In all it as a beautiful facility and I would stay here again. The flowers, surrounding grounds, and pool are well maintained.

A great hotel with a good free breakfast. There is a nightclub that is super loud and you can almost feel the bass until 2am… that was the only negative for me so I slept with ear plugs. Great location! Super easy to walk around and staff were great. If anyone is unsure about the hotel, I’m coming back to stay in a few months if that helps :)

We only had a few hours in Palm Springs and didn’t want to blow a ton of money on a “luxury” hotel. We were pleasantly surprised with the large room and huge jetted spa tub. The tub was a great way to relax and the giant king bed was one of the most comfortable beds I have ever experienced. The included breakfast was outstanding! The location is great, too! We didn’t get a chance to enjoy the pool and bars, but we definitely will next time!

I loved the gardens and fountains, and outdoor seating areas. The only thing I didn't like was the difficulty of controlling water temperature in the shower and sink. Location and parking are just great. Easy 15 minute walk to the convention center, 5 minute walk to downtown restaurants, 10 min to the cultural center museum.

Loved this the property. The pool. The bar and some light bites there. Breakfast was decent. Nice room had everything you need. Great central location. Ask for a room not on the first floor - they have an elevator. Older property but well maintained.

The room was very dark like a cave, and we were right in the hallway so had to keep the blinds closed the whole time. Sheets had a stain on them and had to be replaced - this would have been easily visible while bed was being made, why would they not just replace with a clean sheet then? Conditioner dispenser not working in the bathroom (and dispensers generally awkward and inconvenient to use). Very noisy in the morning with the trolley back and forth on the tiles in front of the door starting at 6:30am.

Our room was on the first floor and it was very loud. The breakfast the first day was great. The second day was horrible. It was so bad we didn’t even eat and left. The only nice things I can say are parking and location were great.
