Really good experience during Coachella weekend 2. Super comfortable room, great property, very cute with that Palms Springs mid-century vibe. Great, super helpful staff! Great location, too, very close to shops and dining. The only negatives would be: the water took a bit to get hot and the pillows provided were not the most comfortable. Other than that, 7 Springs Inn was great!

The place was quite nice but with two glaring issues, one, there were only a handfull of channels available and there was no hot water in the morning such that I had to shower with cold water....not nice.

Location is excellent. Size of room excellent. Pool and hot tub in poor condition with concrete finish failing causing a very dirty rough bottom. Room Very overpriced for overall experience.

The first room i received smelled like smoke. I changed rooms and got a room with all the appliances in the middle of the kitchen open with raid bottles everywhere. The smell was so strong. When i told girl she just looked annoyed. I did not even want to stay after that but i could not get my money money back and it was only one night i was staying. So finally we received the rooms and they were okay. The wallpaper was peeling everywhere. The sink had hair in it. It just looks and smells old. The pool was ice cold couldn't use it. The jacuzzi was nice best part of the property. Probably wont be staying again tho

This place is definitely kid friendly. Very clean. I have been bringing my little family here for over 3 years, the kids feel safe here it’s a street over from what I like to call the “strip”.

It’s a nice midcentury property desert landscaping mountain views the issue is that it looks unkept needs attention they re were no umbrellas the cushions on lounges didn’t match they bought new beige ones but still had old green ones the pool neede fresh paint to surrounding areas the chairs no cushions and very uncomfortable too hard they used to have cucumber and lemon water but no longer the safe in suite broken the carpet had 2 stains appeared to be from an animal? The blind in kitchen didn’t function and no curtain or blind in bathroom very harsh lighting esp in the morning it just needs some attention all in all a lovely hotel great location

I can’t believe how high this property was rated. It was old. Hard towels, shower that got all over the floor, no shelf or anything to put anything on. The room smelled.

Very cute hotel. Updated decor and paint. Great front deal staff. Pretty darn clean although I’m picky about things like the phone (which was caked with stuff in the corners and on the buttons) and the wall’s in the bathroom and the door were splattered with “stuff” that if they can’t clean they should paint over. But other than that, it’s well maintained and everything worked well.

Our flight was cancelled so we needed a place to stay fast. The front desk called me to make sure I would arrive before they close at midnight. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. The giant hot tub was a great way to soak away the stress of dealing with frontier costumer service. I would recommend 7 springs to anyone visiting Palm Springs.

The 7 Springs is one of the best values in Palm Springs proper! Been going there for years. My travel partner mentioned that it's time to replace all of the carpeting and to be more diligent/liberal with the chlorine in terms of pool(s) upkeep. I like the 7 Springs so much that I probably miss some of those things. Soooo, I'm going to agree with her and hope that some stakeholder sees this review. I'll keep coming and hope for the adjustments to happen!
