Location of property was amazing because of access to beach. Our "Studio Suite King with Balcony" and the property overall left quite a bit to be desired. 1) Hair on outside of tub upon arrival. 2) Asbestos inside closet on pipe immediately to left behind louvered doors where water heater and AC unit are. 3) Filter on AC unit is disgusting. 4) Heat lamps in bathroom in ceiling - orange one had mold build up inside. 5) Shower / tub combo with frosted glass doors. Water head was orange, faucet control was dated, faucet leaked during shower, caulking around tub dirty and deteriorated. Vanity and sink were the nicest things in the bathroom. 6) Dead roach on floor third day and live roach on ceiling last two days. 7) Overall "dirty" feeling of area - especially beam above sofa, kitchen stove bottom, trim. 8) Furniture was damaged and dated. 9) Arrived to two pillows on the bed and none on the sofa. 10) Disgusting remote with crusted who knows what stuck in the buttons! 11) AC when running at night caused blinds to smack against the sliding glass door and wake us up all night long. (Curtains and blinds, so your guests are not disturbed at night and cannot have the sunlight shining in if they want it dark!) 12. Continental breakfast is defrosted bagels, croissants, muffins and fruit. Along with some cereal and yogurt options - nothing hot except tea, coffee and oatmeal. Breakfast service should start earlier. 13. Pictures are NOTHING like what the place looks like!

Unusable balconies 😔

Place was very clean beds wer comfortable however a couple more pillows would have been nice. We got an ocean front 2 bedroom and had a balcony that you could not use. I spend a ton of time on the balcony when im at the beach so that was a HUGE disappointment. Yes i could see the ocean if i stood infront of the sliding doors or looking out the hazey window in the living room but that is not what i was expecting. They had a restaurant but it was closed while we were there (they are only open Wednesday- Sunday). It was clean and quiet.

The property is right on the beach….beautiful location. The rooms are actually small apartments, so there was a mini kitchen and sitting area that came with the studio However the rooms are dated, with older furniture and old bathroom. Mold on the shower door, no hairdryer or iron. Only 2 towels

The listing for the property when we booked the reservation was that it would have a partial ocean view. They stuck us in a room on the first floor and from there THERE IS NO OCEAN VIEW at all. What we got was a view of the parking lot on both sides of the room. Also, the first room had a view of the pool but the shades in that room were broken. The second room basically had a shear for a curtain which was unacceptable but it was what was in most of the rooms (that you could see from the parking lot). They did offer to move us to a different room but we could not be bothered with that move. When we were checking out, the clerk argued with my wife about the listing stating that "partial ocean view" was never in the listing. We will never stay there again. The bed was harder than we expected and it was uncomfortable for both of us. Also, the restraurant was not open for dinner any days during our stay so it was essentially useless. The "continental breakfast" consisted of partially stale pastries and bagels. After the first day, we skipped breakfast.

The hotel should have been updated. It had actual keys instead of key cards. The outside appeal was not good. The inside appliances did not look appealing however, the rooms were very clean.

The property is obviously very dated, however, the front desk staff, especially Chad were more than accommodating. The beach outside was kept really clean and the pool was clean. Not much to this place but perfect for a 2-3 day getaway.

Not as great as it appears

The staff at the hotel are friendly and wonderful. The room is much older than appears. There are barely any outlets in the rooms, no extension cords. Minimal towels, plate/glasses. There was no hair dryer but I was able to request one.

I loved that the beach was right there, the pool was nice, staff was so nice and accommodating. I didnt like that the trash barrel in the room was so small. I didn't like that the towel rack was broken. Otherwise it is a great location, i will definitely be back!

Maybe the rooms in the main building would have been better. however, I purchased a suite, balcony, ocean view thinking it would be an upgrade over a guestroom. all we got for a three day stay was two towels, one roll of toilet paper, two very flat pillows, and no shampoo. It was fine, but a little disappointing, considering what we paid.
