This is our third stay in 9 months. We really enjoy all the amenities. I did miss having a full length mirror this time. I need it to do my makeup with good lighting. It is impossible to bend over the sink to do this.

Stayed here just for a night after attending a concert. The hotel was in line with what you would expect from a Marriott, which is why we chose this location. The hotel is older but updated. Staff was incredibly kind. The only negatives I have: bed was uncomfortable/stiff (but ok since we just needed a place to rest for a night) and there is only 1 waffle maker for breakfast (creating a long line for a simple breakfast).

Our stay at this hotel was nothing short of extraordinary—everything surpassed our expectations. Even during a tornado alert, the atmosphere remained calm and serene. The room was exceptionally spacious, and the amenities were top-notch. Having access to a washer was a huge plus for our family on a 9-day trip. I also want to highlight Zhanna at the front desk. Every time we walked in, she greeted us with a warm, genuine welcome and was always eager to help us. Her exceptional service truly elevated our experience—she was the cherry on top of a perfect stay!

My only complaint is that the temp in the room didn't go below 73° and it was warm to sleep. We had to sleep across the bed to be under the vent and uncovered. The thermostat was set to 65°.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was quite disappointed with the experience. First, housekeeping knocked on our door at 9 a.m., well before the 11 a.m. checkout time, and returned again at 10:30 a.m., which felt intrusive. We were told breakfast was served until 10 a.m., but when we arrived at 9:30 a.m., it had already been packed up. The front desk staff was rude, shouting that breakfast ends at 9:30 a.m. on weekdays. Fortunately, a kind busboy offered us some leftover eggs and waffles. The staff at check-in was cold and unwelcoming, and the rooms are outdated, with carpeting in the kitchen and bathroom sink area, which raised hygiene concerns. Overall, I was not pleased with my stay and wouldn’t recommend this hotel.
