Good room with dirty coffee machine
The room was nice. However, the coffee machine was so dirty inside that I couldn't drink coffee in the room. The lady in the night duty was not so professional. Although we reserved two rooms through hotels.com app, she insisted that there is only one reservation for one room. After I showed the online reservation, she finally admitted it. In the morning, staff members were so kind. Thanks to their kindness, breakfast was quite enjoyable. Furthermore, breakfast was very nice.

Staff is great! Friendly / accommodating. The rooms could use a little updating, I found the AC unit a bit noisy, and my room had a dehumidifier which I only ran when not in the room because that was another noise maker.

I HAVE REASON TO BELIEVE MY LUGGAGE WAS GONE TRHOUGH AS TWO OF MY NIGHTGOWNS WERE NOT THERE WHEN I TOOK MY SHOWER. I HAD TO SLEEP IN A T-SHIRT. ALSO, THE FLOORS WERE DIRTY; MY FEET WERE SO BLACK FROM WALKING ON THE FLOOR, I HAD TO WASH THEM SEVERAL TIMES A DAY JUST TO PUT MY SHOES ON OR GO TO BED. THERE WAS SOME CONCERN ABOUT WHAT I HEARD ON CHARGES FOR MY PET AS DURING A HURRICANE, I THOUGHT THOSCHARGES WERE TO BE WAVED BY ORDER OF THE GOVERNOR.
