I come into town for work and always schedule the same night. Your algorithm schedules me the next day. It’s happened more than once and it’s super irritating to be charged with no refund and not being able to sleep in the room I’m booked. At the end of the day I can understand it is the users fault on the app, but if I don’t stay there, I definitely should be reimbursed. And when you ask the third-party front desk, they never have any answers and I understand that part two. Just looking for some help.

My reservation was not honored. When I showed up they did have a room for me. After 45 min. and looking for other hotels in the area, a room came available but again was not the room I was confirmed for. The hotel was run down and saying that it is 2 stars is generous. If I would have known I would have never booked this reservation.

Friendly service, efficient and clean
Front Desk over the phone and in person were very friendly and accommodating. Check in was easy as well as check out. Room was comfortable and I loved the air purifier that was in the room, really helpful for people like myself with allergies. I will definitely be booking again in the future.
