Beautiful beach right across the street with crystal clear water. The rooms were ok, we stayed at the JW Marriott in Orlando right before arriving here and you cant compare the clealiness or the atmosphere. The loby is nice but once you get on the elevator, old elevators that need an overhaul, you see how dated the building is. From there you could see dirty walls and we had to change rooms right away since our bathroom was not cleaned when we arrived. All we were offered was a glass of champagne. Having seen urine all around the toilet, that obviously wasnt ours, it would have been nice to get discount on dinner or comped. The manager said we got an upgraded room which my husband and I couldnt understand since it was the same room sans the couch, with the same view of the ocean just up 2 floors.
