The smell in the room was so overwhelmingly of urine or chlorine, we barely slept. Finally got up and left at 5am. Dreadful. Never staying there again.

Bad Hotel

Room smelled, toilet rocked from side to side felt like you were gonna fall off it. Shower was slippery and had to operate. Check in person was nice. To much money for what you get Will never stay at that brand hotel again. First time I ever gave a review like this on Hotel . Com

Bad experience

Room was dirty, bed spreads stained and with cigarette burns. Strong smell of air freshener to cover probably the smell of smoke. Strangers forcefully knocking on door asking about someone, we didn’t feel safe and decided to leave the hotel shortly after.

Worst of the worst stays

The last hotel looked so bad that I ask for a refund but was denied by the hotel and hotels.com. I had a none smoking room but since there were people outside smoking, it all got sucked into the room. Peeaple knoking on my door being mad at the manager to have given this room to someone. The room seam to have been used before I occupied it. The TV wasn't working, all plugs for microwave and fridge were unpluged, the towels have just been folded wet with heir hanging off of. I was scared to stay there and told the manager that I would call the police If the don't stop those peaple. There seam to have been a lot of questionable activity going on. This was truly among the worst stays for me not just comparing to Hotels.com.

I was pleasantly surprised with the eemodeled and updated design of the rooms, Comfortable, and clean with attention to detail Next door tus a unique health food grocery store across the street from Publix grocery storee, shops, and dining. Just off the exit to the freeway i95. And, 10 minutes to the icean and activities day abd night..
