It’s a great location close to PBI and rental car facilities which is what I look for. Staff is great, professional and just plain nice. I got two cookies from the front desk,which I needs after a long week. It’s an old property and renovations are in order but overall, you can’t go wrong.

Hi DoubleTree West Palm Beach Airport, We're in our room now, but unfortunately, there's some pretty loud maintenance happening right outside our window. It's so noisy we can barely hear the TV! On top of that, the room has a strong chemical or paint smell – it's giving me a headache and making me feel a little nauseous. It is actually almost 7 pm and they are still working. The folks next door mentioned the same issue. We asked about moving rooms, but were told the hotel is fully booked. I want to included a few short videos showing the work outside our window to help illustrate the situation. Any chance you could look into this and see what can be done? It's making our stay a bit difficult to enjoy. Thanks so much! Kimberly Monbarren

This is not a 4 star hotel. i would give it two stars. The property was old and unclean. staff were all friendly, but the building was not clean, the restaurant was not clean and everything was old.
