We had to wait an extremely long time to get our room and had to get the help of a manager. We dined in the flamingo grill and they missed our salad and we waited over an hour for our main course. Tableside Cesar was not authentic. We had to argue with manager who was basically forced to comp our meal but then only removed one item. It did put a damper on our anniversary and birthday celebration which was planned for in advance.

Very small beds. A family of four does not fit in a double room. They charge extra for a kids roll away bed. The food quality and taste is mediocre for being such a well renowned hotel. Pretty historic hotel and pretty beaches otherwise nothing to see here.

The Boca Raton is absolutely beautiful. Everyone that works there was warm and welcoming. The service was outstanding and the food was great. The pools, lazy river and private beach all added to the experience.
