Really disappointed in this stay. The internet was terrible, I could not even join a voice chat without constant interruptions. Half the tv channels don’t work. Breakfast was poor. One stairwell was closed and the other stairwell handle was broken, so you couldn’t get in. Huge safety concern. And the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night. Staff was unable to resolve the IT issues, and was generally unhelpful. Don’t expect a manager to be working on the weekend. Save yourself the trouble and stay somewhere else

The location was in a good location on the main highway, but didnt spend much time in the room, but noticed the front lobby was clean and always had cold water

Smells like mildew and makes folks sick
My crew stays here often however, they will not stay anymore. Room on the ground floor seem ok but upper levels smell like mildew and they feel sick. When they check the filters in the AC unit they are full of mold. It is not healthy to stay there. One crew member always removed the filter and washes it out in the bathroom before reinstalling it. The filters are biohazards.

The staff is very friendly and helped me on several occasions. My only complaint is the walls seem a bit thin. I heard conversations pretty clearly, and even a bit of moaning and groaning.

Our stay was very pleasant, and the staff was great. Only issues were: loud guests near the pool (our room was close), and the AC made clicking/dripping sounds all night.

Pros: Friendly staff, comfortable beds, free breakfast, great price, convenient location, toilet, sink, counter, and tub were clean Cons: The room had a very strong mildew odor. We ran the AC fan all night and it was better by morning. The room needed a deep cleaning - Dirty door frames, fingerprints on door, counter molding dirty, refrigerator dirty door sign greasy, Kleenex box cover dirty.

What I didn't like is i arrived a lil earlier say around 2:03 asked the receptionist could i have an earthly check up. First off she didn't give off any pleasant vibes before telling me NO they don't do it and who said that, i said the email I received had it saying as a courtesy if available they could but she was adamant it was a NO I had to wait until 3. I left and got back about 14 to 3 to see the same lady who told me NO was checking in a group of Hispanic (hate to make it about race) but I didn't get that warm feeling she was giving them and it wasn't 3. I did make a comment to her that i guess check in changed to before 3 and I wish she was nice to me but I checked in because I really was tired and I have knee problems that is why i thought i would have been given a lil consideration but i must not have had the right look. This has left me with a bitter taste. I never look for problems but i want to be treated as the people ahead of me got treated they didn't have to wait i just want to know why did I thank

Our stay was awful we were on the 2nd floor and the floor above us were Kids running and we called the front desk twice .. they finally were quiet for a couple of hours and started back at 11:30 pm.. we were told that the staff can only ask them to be quiet and there was not much they could do .. the bed was hard as a rock and hard to sleep then the next morning at 6:00 am they noise upstairs started again .. we just got up and left exhausted . When I checked out I told the staff .. a different person and they said that I used a third party ( Expedia ) to book and they could do refunds .. I would not recommend them at all ..
