Love this hotel. Only reason for not giving 5 stars was because the bed seemed a little too used. It sunk quite a bit when you sat on it. I’m average weight. Other rooms I’ve stayed in at this hotel have been fine.

Meh….::

Great hotel, comfy, nice breakfast. Service is terrible. Staff acts like you are bothering them and maintenance accused us of having the heat on when we told them the ac was not working. Not the case. When we returned, the ac had been magically fixed. They charge for parking but no notice of this and it’s $10 per day. Their parking is also a construction zone. Too many hotels in the area for this type of attitude.

Reservations mean nothing

Arrived to find that the hotel had given our room to another customer without any explanation. We reserved a two bed room and the room we ended up getting was a one king size bed with a pull out couch. We had four adults , so suffice it to say it was not very comfortable for two of the adults. They offered no compensation for the problems and didn’t even apologize. I will definitely not recommend anyone reserve a room here.

Outside cushions on chairs torn and dirty. Poor choice for outside and too low to sit on. Pool tables need to be cleaned every day. Shower pressure low breakfast food fair,same every day. Room good and bed comfortable.

We arrived and were told there was a ‘maintenance issue’ and we were being moved to the Home 2 Suites next door. After reading some other reviews it looks like they just overbooked. The Hyatt seems nice but I didn’t see anything past the lobby. The Home 2 Suites was ok. Big room but not exactly the Hyatt. The front desk person was trying to sell me on how nice the rooms were and the full fridge and dishwasher.. which is great except it was irrelevant for us only staying one night. Overall the hotel seems nice just be aware you may end up in the home 2 suites not the Hyatt. I’m sure most people would prefer the hotel they booked not one next door.

Will give away your room

I was refused a room that i had paid for in advance, had to argue and beg to accommodate my family and was told to go somewhere else if i did not like what they had to offer (which was one bed room with 4 people, after I paid advance for a 2 bed room). After looking up the laws they decided to make me go to a diff hotel affiliated with them but were very rude and I had to beg for that to even happen. I’m very unsatisfied and do not believe it was fair or worth my money for the headache
